"New Divide" Clips Surface

Just realized, for me, the drums sound very Wakeish.

 

I really like it. Chester really pushes his voice there, he's really belting towards the end.
Yeah the rhythm guitar sounds like WID. I think it's a recurring sound kinda thing for the movie.
Intro is badass, and as someone said, somewhat industrial which is awesome.
I'm excited.

 

Has anyone found new divide on itunes yet? I 'm trying to pre-order it.

i know most people have already uploaded/heard the various clips of the song together but i tried putting something quick together in a way that merges them in sync so that they sound as if it is the song in its entirety. we'll find out on monday what it really sounds like. can't wait.

Too bad it isn't being released in Australia time. Then i'd only have to wait a couple hours.

That is if they're releasing as soon as the day starts, which i doubt. Come to think of it i'll probably get it in the early hours of the day after tomorrow.

Are they releasing it on the 18th in U.S. time or the 18th in a region's respective time zone?

 

from what I read, they are airing the song at/around 5pm on a radio station, then immediately afterwards it will be available on iTunes. This is 5pm eastern in the united states. If they released it in China(I think that's where the time zones start) on THEIR 18th, it would leak across the globe before it turned over to the next zone, thus letting Warner lose money and nobody wants that, do they?

so with that said, I hope it leaks tomorrow early... I'll still end up buying it later tho

Its actually 5pm pacific time. it is being premiered from a los angeles radio station.

 

I definitely am - LP and Warner Bros. Records must have went to extreme lengths to ensure that "New Divide" didn't leak.

 

Give it 12 more hours. I'm pretty sure it'll be leaked by then. Any earlier would be too early.

Also, I'm actually glad we haven't heard much of the song yet or know how it will turn out. For What I've Done, we literally had like half the song in clips before the song came out. There wasn't as much to look forward to.
