Breaking Benjamin have updated their blog on their myspace with the album title and the first song's release date. I don't think there is enough jars in the world to bottle my excitement for this album. Been on a huge BB binge as of late and can not find a single flaw with Saturate, so here's hoping the next album is just as amazing. And hell yes! What a great birthday gift of a new BB song.
They always release badass first singles for their albums. So Cold, Diary of Jane, this one should proove to be amazing.
TuneLab member and 89X rock radio DJ Jay Hudson was lucky enough to hear Breaking Benjamin’s new single “I Will Not Bow” today, and he has offered up his thoughts on the song, check it out below: “I got a chance to hear it a few times today! This has been something I’ve been looking forward to all summer. Short and sweet, here’s what I gathered from it… If there is one Breaking Benjamin song that combines all elements from their previous three albums….this is the one! It has that patented BB sound using great melodies, catchy hook and big breakdowns! Ben Burnley’s voice sounds better then ever! Chad Szeliga definitely showcases his talent on the kit, with some Danny Carey (Tool) like drum fills…wait, did I just say that? In addition to that, the guitars sound amazing, with a nice little solo in there too! David Bendeth did a great job producing this song! I believe all the die hard BB fans will be very satisfied.”
I can't wait. Between now and November, I'm going to be spending close to $500 on just video games and CD's alone.
I have a question: Which album from 9/29/09 is everybody looking forward to more? Breaking Benjamin? AFI? Paramore? 50 Cent? (haha) Edit: Or maybe even Barbra Streisand?
Yeah, it's great. Been waiting for this for a while, plus it's nice when you're actually in the mood for the band too. Sometimes an album drops and you're just not feeling that type of music or that band at the time, but with this, I'm definitely feeling.
