Better than the Crawl Back In video, that's for sure.

And a fully-clothed Chester. Gets a thumbs up from me.

 

I really liked it. Best video I have seen from Chester (including LP) in ages.

 

wow! First off yes Chester looks slightly different, secondly this is an amazing video..i can see his true emotion, and third...is that girl his wife Talinda? She looks absolutely gorgeous!

 

There was already a version of this song before DBS, and I have to say that this version is much better than the version of the CD...

well Chester is a lucky lucky guy for sure. Way to go Chester lol. But yeah..adding her in this video is totally genius...but is that what this song is pretty much about? Not wanting to be let down by her?

 

yes we are all aware of the katrina benefit version. it may still be released seeing as they want to release acoustic renditions of album tracks.

 

ah ok..he did say this album is about love, hate, and his divorce..but where does Talinda come into this? Them two are married but its about his divorce and Talinda is in the video? lol


Btw kudos to Chester for Talinda being a former Playboy model

It was an alright music video. They played it safe, I actually liked the Crawl Back In video a lot better. He pretty much did the same sort of acting in this video, the whole dramatic clutching at his side and reaching out in the air while singing. Didn't make the song any better for me, but it didn't ruin it either. Let Down is an amazing song.

 

While it was written about the divorce, I could see how he may be worried about getting let down again, and wondering if he is foolish remarrying and all.

You may (probably do) know better than me though.

Exactly. It's pretty obvious in the lyrics, he doesn't want to start over again with someone new if it's just going to end up the same, ie. him being led down the same road as before.

Cool video, nice to see him clothed

 

Um...what the hell was that? It was like watching a performance video with 3-D glasses on looking through a broken kaleidoscope. I love the song but wow...I'll go back to CBI now.
