I was just wondering, as Linkin Park tend to swear alot onstage, will their new CD/DVD be 'Parental Advisory' or not?

Believe it or not I had this exact same discussion with an admin on LPA a few weeks back and well it's hard to say what they will be doing.

Perhaps LP knew that the shows they were filming could turn into a DVD so they chose to be rather clean mouthed on stage or, perhaps Mike truly didnt want to edit out anything and the curses are still there rampant as ever.

What you've got to remember is that the cd COMES with the dvd, and anyone who owns Frat Party knows that, that DVD had absolutely no rating on it whatsoever (hell at least it looked that way to me) yet middle fingers and cusses were cut out of the dvd. ("Linkin Park is the s-!")

It all comes down to when the DVD is released. It's quite possible LP could release an edited and unedited version. It's been done before for other dvd's..

It could be parental advirsory. The reason Linkin Park do not cuss in their songs is because they feel that's the easy way to write lyrics. It's not that they think cussing is wrong, so I think it's quite possible it will be parental advisory.

On the "Somewhere I Belong" single, Mike sampled a scratch that Joe did over the swearing in "Step Up" (although he missed one). They'll probably end up doing the same thing for their new Live In Texas CD.

It would be interesting to see the LP logo and PA logo on the same cover, it's never been seen before ;)

I want it to either be uncensored or just clean in the first place. Bad words don't bother me, neither does no swearing at all. What does annoy me is swearing bleeped out.

Now that I think about it, on the released version of the cover (up to now) it didn't have a PA sticker on it and usually they do, for example: The new Blink-182 album...

Linkin Park are very "into" their artwork for album covers. I dought they would want a Parental Advisory thing made into the artwork. It will probably be a sticker.

Or it could be like Disturbed's Believe and put onto the back of the album. That'd be neat, I guess.
