I just finished it today, and I agree -- The Dead is a real highlight.

I'm about to start reading The Sirens of Titan, by Kurt Vonnegut.

Currently on "Survivor" by Palahniuk, just finished "Pop Salvation" by Lance Reynalds. Both very good books.

I think the thing I read most recently was Whatever Happened To The Caped Crusader, which is a Batman story written by Neil Gaiman. I have Sirens of Titan out of the library but it's due back and I've only read the foreword haha.

Wow. We didn't read much in 2010, did we? The last book I finished was about a month ago:

Brave New World by Aldous Huxley

I didn't particularly like it. The story in Gattaca, I felt, is much more interesting.

Ehh, I actually liked the movie of that more than the book. I liked the whole concept of the book but it was just a little confusing at times.

I haven't really read any books recently. I do, however liked the Harry Potter series. I started to actually read the Narnia series about a month or so ago. I liked it.

I don't really read much, could probably count the books I've read cover to cover on one hand. That said the last book I did read was Flowers For Algernon by Daniel Keyes. I loved it, the only reason I read it was because it was referenced in a song by Nujabes called "Feather"

"I'm just a vagabond with flowers for Algernon an average Joe who knows what the fuck is going on."

Erich Segal's The Class: 8/10 for Andrew Eliot. I'm so biased.

This is my second book of Erich Segal. Actually, he's the first writer that I encountered that use 3-5 main characters. It's quite interesting at the same challenging to a reader who's not so good in memory like me. If I just knew Prizes was that twisted of medical terms, I should have read The Class first.

    Catherine Coulter's Riptide: 6/10

This is my first suspense book of Coulter that doesn't involve with too much romance. I think she should just stick with romantic novels. Riptide is so predictable. Anyway, I should give her another chance!
