Alright, after some discussion we decided to open up the best newbie category to include older members with less than 3000 posts, since there was a limited choice. We also ended up using people's original votes, if they voted for someone who didn't join in 2009.
You should PM everyone who has yet to vote! I kinda doubt that if they haven't done it by this deadine that the next one will be much better
There's other things at play behind the scenes here, mostly with the whole 4 thing, and one of the staff members ask that I extend the deadline. I can't really tell them no.
