I just downloaded this album, and it's one of the best metal compilation albums that I've ever heard. The first disc on the album is full of mainstream and semi-mainstream artists like Godsmack, Staind, Deftones, Mudvayne, and Static-X. The second disc contains a lot of the lesser-known and underground bands like Lamb Of God, Chimaira, Lacuna Coil, 36 Crazyfists, and Demon Hunter. The whole album is amazing and the tracklisting is amazing. In fact, here it is:

    DISC ONE:
.01 Godsmack - Straight Out Of Line
.02 Hatebreed - This Is Now
.03 Staind - Price To Play
    .04 Cold - Stupid Girl
    .05 Deftones - Hexagram
.06 Marilyn Manson - This Is The New S***
    .07 Sevendust - Separate
.08 Ill Niño - When It Cuts
.09 Mudvayne - World So Cold
    .10 Spineshank - Smothered
    .11 Static-X - Destroy All
.12 Killswitch Engage - Fixation On The Darkness
    .13 stone sour - Inhale
    .14 SOiL - Pride
    .15 Anthrax - Safe Home
.16 Slayer - Reign In Blood (Live)
.17 Murderdolls - Dead In Hollywood
.18 Shadows Fall - Destroyer Of Senses
    .19 Mushroomhead - Sun Doesn't Rise
.20 Rob Zombie - House Of 1,000 Corpses

    DISC TWO:
.01 Lamb Of God - Ruin
.02 Arch Enemy - We Will Rise
.03 In Flames - Clouds Connected
    .04 Chimaira - Down Again
.05 Eighteen Visions - You Broke Like Glass
    .06 Lacuna Coil - Heaven's A Lie
    .07 DevilDriver - I Could Care Less
.08 Sworn Enemy - Sworn Enemy
.09 36 Crazyfists - At The End Of August
.10 Cradle Of Filth - Mannequin
    .11 Demon Hunter - Infected
.12 Mastodon - March Of The Fire Ants
    .13 Motograter - Down
    .14 E Town Concrete - Mandibles
.15 Poison The Well - Botchla
    .16 Soilwork - Rejection Role
    .17 Unearth - Endless
.18 Strapping Young Lad - Relentless
    .19 As I Lay Dying - Forever
    .20 Meshuggah - Rational Gaze

I give the album 5 stars. It's simply amazing. It's like the Freddy VS Jason soundtrack, but doubled.

I agree, some amazing metal in there Will!

Mudvayne, Slayer, In Flames, and Meshuggah being my favs.

Especially Meshuggah, they are the f*ckin craziest band ever! :D
They use polyrhythms in most of their songs (where all the instruments play in different time signatures), usually the drummer plays the crash cymbal and snare in 4/4, and the bass drums are doing these crazy rhythms. Brutal metal but very interesting to listen to.

This album is one of the best compilation I have ever heard!! It so f*ckin rules. I can't believe Roadrunner Records doesn't have more than 2-3 platinum records. They make such good albums, Freddy vs. Jason, MTV2 Headbanger's Ball, Resident Evil. I would really love for some of their stuff to go platinum.
