    This is public education. Though it is unacceptable, Why would do this? I mean, if they both went as friends, wouldn't it be much easier?

    As a public institution, infringement on such a thing like this is pretty bad. It's setting to make a horrible example, and of the school also. Just because two (1)Persons would like to go to prom together, (2) and while one is in a tux, (3) does not mean you must ruin it for everyone else, (4) Nor for the persons wishing to go with a partner.

    Though, if it were private, It wouldn't matter. And then again, The specific acceptance level within the region isn't as liberal as it is in california.

    I wanted to go, but 125.00 was ridiculous. I mean, Conan's the bomb...but I wouldn't even pay that much for Linkin Park. Unless of course, it was a VIP ticket.
