    This site rules. I still can't believe I'm a part of the team who run this place. There's an aura this place has that I don't think many other online communities have. Not everyone here is here for one common purpose but rather a common ground that people at least used to have but stayed because of how warm and inviting this place is (there are several people here who could care less about LP anymore). Because of that I think every single member here deserves a big thankyou for helping to make this site what it is.

    Here's to another 8 years! (Oh dear lord I'll be pushing 28 then!!!!!!!!!)

    I lurked the forums for a long time before I registered. (I think I started visiting the site around 2004 or 2005). By the time I finally signed up for the forum, my enthusiasm for Linkin Park had waned considerably, but all of the sections unrelated to LP--specifically random chat and other music--kept my attention. I've discovered tons of great music, met some cool people, and had a lot of laughs on the LPA. Thanks for the memories, and keep up the good work. :)

    :O After seeing the LPA2 design, I realized.. this was the place I visited when I was getting into Linkin Park haha, I was over at ChesterSings for awhile, and whenever it'd go down, I'd always come here for new :) congratulations guys.

    WOO! I found and joined this thing back in '04. :3 Was then and still is now the best LPA fansite on the internets.

    Awesome, I've been lurking here since '05 & never looked back since. Terrific site. loads of great stuff on here. I remmber gettin anoyed with LP.com & wondering "why isn't the offical site as good as this one!?" :D

    Shame LPL took over, otherwise LPA would still be the no1# LP fansite of all time!

    Backstory: Joe, one of our team members went to see Fort Minor perform live a few years back (around 2005). During a meet and greet where he got the chance to meet Mike, he was getting his CD signed and told Mike that he works for LPA. Without even flinching, Mike grabbed the cd back from Joe and wrote LPASSOCIATION.com! in big letters across the sleeve. The best part? Joe only had said "LPA", Mike knew from those three letters what site he meant and excitedly signed the cd with our web address :).

    Pretty awesome. It's support like this that makes me respect this band more than any other band out there. They're completely down to earth.
