That vuvuzela thing is so stupid I can't describe it. Makes games impossible to watch with your volume up.

I'd watch the world cup if it wasn't on the spanish channels. I think if they made soccer more reachable here I'd probably watch it

If you want, you can watch it online here: http://atdhe.net/index.html

There's probably at least one in English.

I'm so disappointed that RSA didn't win, they were quite a pleasant surprise :D

a draw.. cant argue with that result to be fair

Mexico had all of the possession - and I'm surprised they didn't edge it and win. Cant believe RSA took Steven Pienaar off. I mean wtf was that about?? IMO he was one of the stand out players in a match they could of won with someone's skills like his

    Very nice opening game.

Now getting ready for the French game. I'm proud to be French and will sing the anthem with joy but the this team better not count on my support.

I'm expecting 2:0 for Uruguay. French have great individuals, but as a team they suck.

I didn't watch much of it, apparently it was pretty boring anyway.

I was surprised because France played ok but I guess anything is better than losing against the Chinese B-team.

Urugay was also surprising because they played really badly.

    Three other games tomorrow :)

I actually did fall asleep about ten or twenty minutes in, hence me not seeing all of it. Then I woke up just before Uruguay had a player sent off. Although, at the point where I fell asleep it didn't seem like it'd be a bad game and it looked as though France could probably have won it.

Greece performed horribly in the first half of that game, but in the second half they did a little better but the defending was really not good.
    Lets go Argentina!
