Good news for German Linkin Park fans as Linkinpark.de have confirmed 25 listening parties across the nation for the release of A Thousand Suns. Some of these dates are scheduled as one day before the German release date & five days before the album's worldwide release, so for all of Linkin Park's hardcore German fans, take note of these dates and venues!:

They've been doing huge promotions in Germany recently (ATS and DBS-Out of Ashes), I suppose there's a big market.

 

For the Germans I predict good people, awesome songs and... Beer!

 

Too bad, no party in Hamburg . But so i won't have to break my habits. The
first time i will listen to it alone with ambilight, no distraction and headphones =)

 

I think I'll be in cologne or oberhausen.

 

I'll be going to the party on 17. of September in to the Rockhouse in Hannover.

 

Im sure there is one in Hamburg, Warner HQ is there. I bet the same place as the 8BR testing has taken place.

If only I lived in Germany Maybe there might be some release parties in the US. New Orleans perhaps?

 

Congrats Germany! Gosh the whole album will be on youtube and such much before I get my hard copy. I'll do my best not to listen to any of it.

I live more or less between Hamburg and Kiel... the others are pretty far away, nearest would be Hannover, I think. But too far for me to go.

Honestly, I don't know why you'd go to New Orleans from Penascola. Isn't Alabama and Mississippi in between Florida and Louisiana? I'm almost sure because I'm a big fan of New Orleans... (that sounded weird but it's true).

it's everytime the same same thing... they're doing stuff like that in like every stupid village in western Germany and (except Berlin...) in not even a single one in the east... i hate that! cause it'd be not fair to complain about that, since it's tons of events like this going on in Germany and in other countries it's not. and so i'm pretty angry that i'm rarely getting a chance to attend, but feel pretty uncomfortable comlaining at the same time. i know it's comlaining on a really high level. but why the hell leaving us out all the time? it's not only with LP. it's with every band/artist playing shows over here. i know that over all we're having a lot of events, but please try to cover the whole country then. it's not that big.
