an important question for me: is it true Mike said that in MTM process Chester was going to leave LP because Mike wanted to sing more and so MIke resigned to have done just a couple of songs??
I always thought it was a joke by him, but someone told me that it was like that. What is the real story?

 

That was definitely a joke. They were messing with the German reporters.

Wow, great interview with Ben Jones, you can really tell he does actually have an interest in the band and know his stuff I'm so glad they DON'T take 5 years between albums, the wait it long enough! Really good interview though, the passion for the new sound is so infectious!

 

Before I listen further is there any spoilers in it? At 3:45ish the interviewer is gettin into some details about the album cuz he has heard it that didn't particularly need to know lol nothing big or anything, but does he go any further than that, or is it a safe listen?

 

No it's pretty safe, he basically says he wants to listen to it again cos he only got to listen to it once. Not much more than that really
