My thoughts on the preview clips. 01. The Requiem Rating of what I hear: 9/10 Excitement for full track: 100% Thoughts: Its a freakish sounding track because of the choir. 02. The Radiance Rating of what I hear: 8/10 Excitement for full track: 90% Thoughts: Great speech - that last sentence in it is fucking awesome, odd sounds in the background. 03. Burning In The Skies - Top Track! Rating of what I hear: 10/10 Excitement for full track: 100% Thoughts: Mike singing is amazing - his lyrics are amazing. Chester's chorus is very cool sounding. Emotional sound. 04. Empty Spaces Rating of what I hear: 8/10 Excitement for full track: 60% Thoughts: Great atmosphere, the war sounds seem to just appear. Fell like I have already heard the full track, which I practically have. 05. When They Come For Me Rating of what I hear: 9/10 Excitement for full track: 100% Thoughts: Love Mikes rap, not a fan of the beat sound. Chorus is pretty good. 06. Robot Boy - Top Track! Rating of what I hear: 10/10 Excitement for full track: 100% Thoughts: Amazing vocals with a great effect. Emotional sounding. 07. Jornada del Muerto Rating of what I hear: 9/10 Excitement for full track: 100% Thoughts: Similar if not the same vocal effect to those in Robot Boy. Great sounding everywhere else. 08. Waiting For The End - Top Track! Rating of what I hear: 10/10 Excitement for full track: 100% Thoughts: Chester's vocals sound very good - dual vocals with what might be Mike is awesome. 09. Blackout - Top Track! Rating of what I hear: 10/10 Excitement for full track: 100% Thoughts: Fucking awesome until 8 seconds into the preview when it sort of changes into a remix. 10. Wretches & Kings - Top Track! Rating of what I hear: 10/10 Excitement for full track: N/A Thoughts: Awesome rapping by Mike. Very different but great chorus from Chester. 11. Wisdom, Justice and Love Rating of what I hear: 10/10 Excitement for full track: 100% Thoughts: Awesome emotional sounding, great speech which turns into an alien like speech. Last words "Wisdom, Justice and Love" is very cool. 12. Iridescent Rating of what I hear: 10/10 Excitement for full track: 100% Thoughts: Very happy sounding song. Nice verse. 13. Fallout Rating of what I hear: 9/10 Excitement for full track: 90% Thoughts: The vocals seem pretty good, but the robot effect doesn't do much for me. 14. The Catalyst - Top Track! Rating of what I hear: 10/10 Excitement for full track: N/A Thoughts: Great quality. Amazing vocals from both Mike and Chester. 15. The Messenger - Top Track! The Requiem Those 30 seconds were enough to evoke the sense of impending doom and dread, or alternatively the resurfacing of the fallen. Furthermore those 30 seconds were very reminiscent of the Hybrid Theory EP 'moodyness'.
