well constructed article Kerrang always give decent reviews but have been critical of LP in the past I believe, but this is great!

 

An excelent review. Did any of you see the New york daily's review? They gave a 1/5 and didnt explain why it was bad.

 

Yeah, that was attacking the band just to attack the band. Nothing constructive in that article

 

I will try if i can find it, so far I've found mags from 2002, but the ones earlier I can't find. I'll keep looking!

Kerrang's review is pretty decent.

 

A Thousand Suns is an complete departure from their debut hit 'Hybrid Theroy', and im glad. For me a band needs to mature and grow like the members in it. A Thousand Suns is a complete pleasure to listen to. Sounding more like an experiment than a well laid idea, the album grips you from the very begining. I do have my own personal problems with the album, like Chesters screaming, or lack of. Chester has one of the greatest Rock voices out there, and this album didn't utilize it enough for me. Saying that, don't let the lack of angst in Chester's voice put you off. Trust me when I say, you will enjoy this album. Has for people saying and talking for all "true Linkin Park fans" saying this isn't them, you don't talk for me, this is Linkin Park, different to all others and a pleasure to listen to.
