How do you think this will fair live? While the band was/is fairly renown for their live shows being as good or better than their studio albums, this album is sure to be a bitch to pull of live. Part of me thinks the songs will actually be far superior live, part of me is sure they'll just play pre-recorded pieces liberally and try to cover the difference with instruments boy-band style.

    What say you?

I think that when the time comes for the tour, they will play the show BETTER than what the album will sound like. Especially with all the visuals to go along with the album, they can get some real diverse experiences. Plus, I believe Mike DID say that they were switching up a lot of their songs, so that they fit better with A Thousand Suns, which will make it so they HAVE to have more time to rehearse. And you know what they say, practice makes perfect ;)

I'm not sure. They won't sound worse. I'm confident saying that. I'm not sure they'll be better though..

Since LP are always trying to make their shows sound perfect like the CD most of the time. I am sure this will be ok.

I so can't wait to hear Blackout live. The breakdown is the best part on the whole album.

"We've been waiting to collect the things you know..."

Wow, just wow. Love how Mike sings it <3

I dno. One of my biggest beefs with Linkin Park is that they haven't always had a great live show. I think with this new album though they'll step it up. To be safe I'm voting that it'll sound more or less the same.

I voted "The songs will sound way better live" because they most likely will. I'm interested in how they will approach it.

I'm sure the songs will be great live and I think we're gonna get surprised about what is pre-recorded and what is not.

It is not what? Maybe you meant "it won't be"? Be a little more clear.

    But yes, it will be.

I'd like to see Chester do The Messenger by himself, just with a acoustic!
