VMAs: Linkin Park To Take Over An Iconic Landmark For Performance

You are probably asking the wrong people for that. You could check on MTV.com to see if they will stream it live, or, you could wait til the performance is put on YouTube.

 

I read on LP's website they're ONLY preforming The Catalyst though. That's kind of a bummer. I'm stoked as shit to see that, but I really wanted to maybe hear some other songs (not necessarily new stuff) from them live again as well.

The VMAs are gonna take place at 9am over here, while I am IN school..

 

I went to the VMA rehearsals tonight. They played TC three times and we heard snippets of Numb, Wretches and Kings, and Waiting for the End

Mike wanted to play more tonight but MTV shut it down so we just got to hear TC in full. Fingers crossed for 4-5 tomorrow! As I reported early MS told me personally at the Lazor show when I asked about the setlist he said more than one and 6-7 is pushing it. Hope they play W&K and WTCFM

 

They actually didn't play The Catalyst in full. It was shortened, they removed the synth bridge/solo/whatever and went straight into the "lift me up/let me go" part. Chester started to sing the chorus of Iridescent too

I loved when he played that crazy snare sample from When They Come For Me and Mike commented "that sounded dirty!". I agreed.

 

Yeah by full I meant the entire song, not the fact that they had to play the butchered version.
