Also the lack of synth break #2 was disheartening. I wanted to see how that shit would be done live.

I actually liked the rasp in chesters voice, it gave it more feeling, cause he was putting his heart and soul into it, singing raspy is way harder than singing in a clear voice i would assume

Yea, I actually liked Mike's performance more than Chester's tonight.

On another note, I thought Kanye had by far the best performance. Since 808's and Heartbreaks he's one of the few people in hip hop I consider to be a true artist.

Overall, I liked it. Chester was incredible. The raspy voice adds a little something extra. Didn't bother me one bit.

But then again, that's Perez Hilton. Praise aside, this is coming from the guy who was talking shit about Michael Jackson minutes before he died saying it was fake. I don't like the guy, to be sure.

I'm just surprised by his tweet. He kinda bashed the band a year or so ago about how irrelevant they are right now.

That's the way he is. Talk shit one moment, praise them the next. He's the ultimate flame-baiter.

Well, the performance was amazing. I watched it on a 50 inch LCD TV with surround sound, cranked that shit up and let the magic happen. I DVR'd it so I saw it about three times now, and it's so sick, especially considering this was their first time playing it live, they did well.

Chester's vocal performance was ace, he was really aggressive.

Mike was absolutely spot on, I can't believe the progress he's made.

Joe had more publicity during a televised song than he's probably ever had.

Brad looked good waving his guitar around dancing. lol (not but for real I thought that was funny)

Any way you look at it, a kickass performance.

Guess I'm alone in thinking it wasn't that great.

FFS was the song even 3 minutes long?

MTV made them cut it very short and whomever mixed it did a horrible job.
