You might know him as the Antichrist Superstar and for his really crazy actions. But he is a really good artist. Since I've been listening to him alot lately, I love his music. Though, he has been called the devil many times. He makes some really good music. Are any of you guys fans of him?

DA BOOTIFUL PEEPAH, DA BOOTIFUL PEEPAH, *guitar riff*

Um, besides that and that one song where it goes "babble babble party party, sex sex" something like that, I don't like Manson at all. Nothing against him, just that his appearance and music are NOT my kind.

I liked him when I was 14. Now? Not so much. I like his videos, because they're strange as shit. But artistically, he's not much more than a gimmick. Mind you, that's what I think, you're free to think Manson is like the greatest thing since the Beatles if you choose to.

Although, "Coma White" is pretty cool.

I liked him when I was 14-17 and now I only like him because of his interview with Bill O'Reilly lol. I occasionally listen to his music though and a lot of his songs are catchy so by my standards....he's alright.

I think he's a freak and I don't understand how girls can be attracted to him, let alone, marry him, but he makes some pretty good music like his recreation of Tainted Love, not mentioned Coma White which I have been in love with for many years.

Lose the freakiness and then I'll appreciate the man more than his music.

^ why guilty? He is a TRUE artist.

Most people don't give him a chance because of the stigma attached to him.

Let me be more specific. The music is not the guilty part. The man himself is.

Search "Marilyn Manson bottled" on YouTube. You'll find that through-out 2007, there were tons of shows where he would get a bottle thrown at him, he would stop the show, and he would give basically the same speech every time, in the exact same way.

Watch some videos from different shows, and please try and tell me that it wasn't staged. It's laughable how similar and planned out each one seems.

Is he a smart guy? Yes, I've seen his interviews. But a guy who has to stage being bottled to get the crowd riled up and look like a badass, is a "guilty pleasure" for me. The music is fine.

I liked him years ago. Now I'd only go as far as saying he has a few songs that are fun to hear now and them. If he let go of the gimmicks, stopped trying too hard to be controversial and just focused on trying to write good songs it'd probably help him.

I like it when he wears womens clothing and uses Christian imagery in his videos. And midgets. There's atleast one midget in every Manson music video.

I do love the album Lest We Forget: The Best Of. Pretty good cover though of Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This). Plus, John Lowery was still part of the band and I like the guy. :awesome:

    I'm not a fan, but I don't mind Manson's stuff. :)

    I don't like his voice, though. :x
