So I was wondering what kind of phone you guys prefer, after buying myself for the first time I Qwerty keypad phone. I've had touch - it annoys me, I've had the normal 3 letters to a number phone and trust me I love to text. I find that using a Qwerty keypad phone is much quicker, even though I had to learn how to put in symbols without resorting to a separate screen, but that didn't bother me too much.

I would have to say QWERTY. It is a LOT more accurate.

I hate touchscreen keyboards. I have one right now (Nexus One) and I don't like the touchscreen keyboard. I had an iPhone and didn't like it any better, I have fat fingers. I'm waiting for AT&T to get a decent Android phone with a physical keyboard. Hopefully soon...

I definitely prefer the normal mobile keypad configuration for a phone.

After you get past the "ZOMG ITS A KEYBOARD WITHOUT THE KEYBOARD:awesome:" phase, you realize that touchscreen keyboards suck. The best phones are the ones that have the best of both worlds. A real QWERTY keyboard with a touchscreen for everything else (such as clicking a link by tapping it).

I don't have a problem with any of them but my HTC is a piece of shit.... For example when I touch the letter "A" it touches the letter "G" or whatever letter that isn't even close to "A".... it gets really annoying and I have to retype things sometimes...

I prefer a touch screen keyboard. That might change when my hands get bigger though.

My hands are the same size as they were when I was 14-15. You're a mutant if your hands grow noticeably bigger past the age of 14 .

This. Unless he's talking about weight, but that doesn't correlate with age.

Then again, I have no idea how old Hawk is. But judging from these few posts and the fact that his skype name appears to be 'joeyisdoinurmum', I'd suspect he might still have time for his hands to grow.

So I think we have come to a consensus that hands stop growing and that the QWERTY keyboard pwns touch screen right?

I walked into a thread about hands with a title that was strictly cellphones. Only in the lpa. Go with qwerty, I've had all three. It's more accurate and if your lucky you have easy access to symbols.
