06/01/12: Nürburg, Germany - Rock am Ring 2012

for those who havent seen it yet, "dasding" has uploaded a pro shot clip of linkin park on their youtube channel, though with some other song being played over it, plus they recorded it from a screen...

 

the real setlist came out in august with the new songs like VICTIMIZED and LOST IN THE ECHO...
and the RaR crowd this year really sucks!

 

Apparently, they will broadcast 15min of the LP performance from yesterday, TODAY. On TV (EinsPlus) and on the live stream from today, too. It's scheduled for 8:50pm till 9:05pm CEST.

Was up the whole night and really pissed, because there was no stream even though they announced it...
But I noticed (through the other performances) that the crowd was horrible, too... In my opinion all in all very disappointing...

Thanks, I think I'll watch it. I hope that's not right during the Burn It Down performance @ the TVtotal Autoball EM 2012...

It's a shame the crowd was fucking retarded, because this was probably the best APFMH they've played this summer. And the outro has been expanded on with more vocals.

I don't understand why LP doesn't interact with the crowd anymore.. They used to all the time, but since like 2009 they kind of stopped doing it for no reason. The chit chat from the band is what makes a show unique and special, if they only just play the songs, you've already heard the whole tour with one show.

That crowd... The one @ Madrid 2010 was better (!)... Maybe just too much people, so too much non-Linkin-Park fans?

 

What a boring crowd.... LP should made this ROCK AM RING special... and they should interact to the crowd more often to gain feedback.. that is live performance is all about...

 

Nothing is more enraging than a boring crowd! Some people NEVER will get to see what they saw!

That's not the full concert. Just the three songs (Numb, Bleed It Out/Sabotage, Burn It Down) that we know of.

 

I just got back from the festival. For me it was a great concert and a great setlist! Papercut and One Step Closer in the end were aweseome!

 

i wonder reading the comments how many linkin park fans were there i say this because originally i had ticket but when they said couple of months back they werent playing new songs or releasing album until american tour i sold my ticket. they are touring uk at end of year beginning next so thought i'd wait until then. what i'm saying is that perhaps alot of people have thought well they are doing concert tours later with new album not go to festival. because as stated earlier usually they get big response from ram.
on a footnote after watching the portugal gig i kicked myself and couldnt believe it because i thought that was the best live gig i've seen them do since i saw them in milton keynes 2008 and of course when new album comes out set list will change completly so that will teach me a lesson!

 

Best crowd ever. This is what a real crowd should look like.
Amazing enthusiasm and energetic celebrating of the songs.

In my opinion this even beats the RAR 2004 crowd.
