This is fucking stupid. This is being done because they didn't finish an album in time. Which is kinda stupid because when they do finish it, the profits to the company will be well over 30 mil.
There is no way the label will win, Jared and Shannon should counter sue to get their money from the two albums they did make.
I think it's funny Jared was able to at least joke about the amount they're being sued for. $30,000,000 is a pretty clever number. It's definitely shitty, though. Jared's a classy guy and I can't see him or his band being at fault here.
