Okay this is probably a really stupid question.
I'm thinking about getting an apple iMac as I have used them at college and they're great.

The thing is, I have all these programs on my PC such as Photoshop/Illustrator/Xara etc
How would I get those, onto the apple mac? because they are .exe files and they won't work on a mac, right?

Would I have to re download them as an apple mac file? and what is the apple mac program extension?

sorry if this doesn't make much sense.

I'm more than sure Adobe makes Mac-compatible versions of all their products, so if you pirated the software, you'd be able to find them.

Not that I endorse that sort of thing or anything... :whistling

Hmm. I can't exactly remember how I got Photoshop and Illustrator on my Mac, but they work fine, and I even find them easier to work with than the Photoshop on my Windows, but perhaps that's because I began working with it on Mac.

I most likely won't be buying a Mac till next year when I have all the money saved up.
