    Dude, you gotta lighten up and try to understand. Most people still think fart jokes are still funny. They still think "burn it down" puns are funny. And they think a ridiculous April fools joke is funny. The sense of humor level here is still at level 3 or 4. Witty, clever, and creative humor has not developed yet. You can even say they're at the meteora stage of humor, easily done but uninspired. So you will just have to wait for next April and hope they break away from the formula of mediocre humor.

    We've done plenty of witty, intelligent and well thought out jokes. You haven't seen our previous jokes from years past apparently :p. We even received a Shinoda shoutout for one of our jokes.

    Just because someone likes dick and fart jokes doesn't mean that person can't like highbrow humor too. We're not simpletons. Fair enough if you don't find it funny, but if it sincerely bothers you, might I recommend that you remove the giant stick from your ass.

    Good. LP should get Robert Trujillo to join and then Jason Newsted can go back to Metallica. If there's one thing that's missing from LP is someone who plays the bass like a gorilla.:D

    Some classic pranks we've done:

    2002: Tricked the entire fanbase into believing we had the first single from Hybrid Theory's yet unnamed folowup titled "Another Faithful Day" (look at the initials). Had a fake player that deliberately took 5 minutes to load, and when it finally did load it said "APRIL FOOLS!". People still were asking years later for the real track, pissed that we were holding it from them.

    2006: http://www.lpassociation.com/lpass/ - Speaks for itself.

    2008: Convinced many fans that there was a secret charity show that played No Roads Left Live in New Orleans, LA. Created a fake cellphone video of the band playing live, with No Roads Left layered over it (but distorted to the point it literally did sound like a live cellphone recording). After about 10 seconds, video segues into "Never Gonna Give You Up". Some of the YT commenters were confused and wondered why Rick Astley was playing. They didn't understand they had been rickroll'd.

    2010: Edward Khil Vs Linkin Park: Collision Course II. Created a fake press release, PLUS a mashup and posted it. It was "ridiculous" and "non believable" just like this prank, but good enough for Shinoda to shout out the prank.     So we're perfectly capable of humor above dick and fart jokes. We just prefer to do the former because it pisses some of you off and we love to troll you. U MAD BROS?

    LPAss was brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.

    And also, everyone just needs to take it easy. Humor is humor, sophisticated or not. The point of this was to make people laugh. Some people did, and so the goal was accomplished. If you didn't enjoy it, then we're sorry, but you don't need to spoil the fun for everyone else.
