So....those of you that are aware, you know AFS's new album is coming out later this month. From the few tracks I've heard, it sounds good, I was just wondering if anyone has 30 second clips of each song or something. This thread can be used as an AFS discussion too.
I liked their first CD but I really love this CD. I think my favorite song on the CD is "End of the World" which has been released on the Transformers soundtrack but the CD is damn solid. I'd recommend it.
Armor for Sleep managed to avoid the "sophomore slump" with What to Do When You Are Dead, their follow-up to the thoroughly excellent Dream to Make Believe, but this album tops both of them without even trying.

It's not out yet though....so how did everyone listen to it? I don't like it that much, a couple good songs, but the rest is ok.
I pretty much agree. Having been really into their first two albums, I picked this up yesterday and tried to have low expectations. After a few listens it really hasn't done much for me at all, so I dunno. Some of the songs really bore me and just drag on. Maybe I'm with all the people who are just growing out of the band. Or, come to think of it, maybe I'm just spoiled by some really good albums that have all been hitting lately.
