I mean, you obviously get the impression that this interviewer set out with the intention of humiliating Sully and getting his own personal agenda across. Do I agree with the war in Iraq? No, not completely. But I do agree with Sully that you have to support the people that are there. I think the interviewer was trying to come across as well-educated on the military issue when he gives very little specific issues. Anyone else got opinions on this?
The interviewer was a complete twat. He tried to sound like he knew what he was talking about when in actual fact he gave very little information on what he was trying to say. The whole military issue had no point whatsoever. I don't think the interviewer even knew where he waas going with the issue.
I hate people like that. He was just being a prick. It's awful when someone twists another's words around to mean something completely different. This inverviewer is just upset at the country and is trying to force his views on everyone else and make anyone pro military and attack them. Sully: "Just because you don't feel the same way about the military as you do, does that mean that you're right and I'm wrong?" IWer: "Yes!" ...that was painful.
