ASHES dIVIDE is Billy Howerdel of The Perfect Circle fame's new solo project. As you know, they'll be headlining with LP this PR. They just dropped their debut album titled Keep telling Myself It's Alright which is now available in retail and online.

The album itself is pretty solid, and while it does have it's weak points, there's some great songs on here. The lyrics are well-written and deep and Howerdel's vocals are a large part of why I like this band.

It's going to be awesome seeing them with LP at PR so I'm not totally bummed out about the headlining bands anymore. Here's their first single called The Stone:

I think they're good like, haven't heard the abum yet but heard a couple of songs.

I'm not really enthusiastic, but I will probably get the album.

Definitely does not quench my thirst for more A Perfect Circle.

i can not wait to see them
love the album, im gonna go buy it next chance i get
and ill defiantly be at Revolution and be one of the few who knows every song

only complaint i have is that their songs all seem to have bad endings, like they feel to short or something and they just kind of die out and sound like they should keep going

maybe thats jsut me

I think it's a solid album. It's not A Perfect Circle, but it's good enough for me.

This is the first time I've taken the time to listen to them, and The Stone sounds pretty decent. Will have to check more of their tracks out. Sounds pretty good.

It's OK. I love a few songs, but a lot are just "eh" to me. I do like Billy's voice, however.

I think I've only listened to The Stone so far. I agree with Joe, it's pretty decent and I'll try the rest of the album soo.

The album is pretty solid, especially since he did mostly everything on his own.
