It's an addicting song to listen to. Whether you like it or not, that chorus is in your head all day.

its not bad but lets hope they won't make such a song on the new LP album but its not bad and the cover art is really cool and the chorus is indeed very catchy

It is recognisable, only this has a lot of background noise as opposed to Pushing Me Away.

 

I'm really liking the song. One thing though, if you substituted heavy guitars in for the keyboard and Chester in for whoever is singing the chorus, this would sound frighteningly like an LP song. Take a look at the lyrics, very LP like. Still very good and catchy though.

 

The latin percussion in the bridge is really cool. Reminds me of something you'd hear in an African tribe or something.

 

The talking at the end of the song is interesting.. I wonder if there is a skit or interlude after this track on the album.. Or possibly the song on the FM player was cut short and the track is longer (like at the end of Nookie on Signifcant Other) and the talking continues.. Just a thought..

Very true, however we've only heard 3 songs from the album so it could be that there are more Dedicated and Step Up style rhymes etc. on the album we havn't heard yet. I want a tracklisting!

definitely definitely agree re-releasing of any old songs. new songs only. we all have (most at least) the old versions of songs... if anything we want to hear NEW songs with old STYLE.... hopefully he won't disappoint on that point.

The song is amazing. The beat is unbelievable, and the vocals in the chorus are so good. Doesn't really sound like Mike though, although I've come to realize that Mike sounds a lot like Chester when they're singing. Rhymes are amazing, lyrics are amazing. Doesn't get better than this.

 

Wow I never thought that Mike would do this. The string formation that you hear is a loop on Apple Garageband. I'm not sure if it is completely legal to use that loop and sell it as your own. Maybe but I think it's shady on Mike's part.
