I'd thought it'd be interesting to see whats everyones favourite song a member of LP has collaberated with. Reanimation/Collision course don't count, as there they don't include any orginal songs. Here are the 4 main songs: It's Goin' Down - X-ecutioners (featuring Mike & Joe) Standing in the Middle - Motion Man (Feat Mike & Chester) Rock & Roll (could never hip-hop like this) part 2 - Handsome boy modeling school (feat. Mike & Chester) We Made it - Busta Rhymes (feat. Mike & chester) ... suppost to submited a poll with this, but forgot to click the box nevermind so post your thoughts & opinions!
Iam really a fan of 'Rock & Roll (could never hip-hop like this) part 2 - Handsome boy modeling school (feat. Mike & Chester)' but my vote goes to It's 'Goin' Down '
Rock & Roll (could never hip-hop like this) part 2 - Handsome boy modeling school (feat. Mike & Chester)
Chester isn't in Standing in the Middle. And I'd have to say Rock and Roll Part 2. That whole song is weird as hell in the best kind of way.
These are most of the ones I keep in my media library: "We Made It" -- Busta Rhymes; Cool & Dre; Mike Shinoda; Chester Bennington; Brad Delson "Freestyle" -- DJ Vice; Mike Shinoda "Rock And Roll (Could Never Hip Hop Like This) Part 2" -- Handsome Boy Modeling School; DJ Jazzy Jay; Grand Wizard Theodore; Mike Shinoda; Chester Bennington; Lord Finesse; Rahzel; DJ Q-Bert "The Instrumental" -- Lupe Fiasco; Mike Shinoda; Jonah Matranga "Hey You" -- Styles Of Beyond; Mike Shinoda; Chum The Skrilla Guerilla "You Cannot Fuck With This" -- Styles Of Beyond; Celph Titled; Mike Shinoda "Second To None" -- Styles Of Beyond; Mike Shinoda "It's Goin' Down" -- The X-Ecutioners; Mike Shinoda; Joe Hahn "State Of The Art" -- DJ Lethal; Chester Bennington "Walking Dead" -- DJ Z-Trip; Chester Bennington "System" -- Jonathan Davis; Chester Bennington; Head; Munky "Slow Ya Roll" -- Young Buck; Chester Bennington; DOC; Gramps My favourite out of them is "We Made It".
hm, ok, but i could swear I could hear Chaz doing weird "ooh"s and "AHH"s in the background during the verses. Unless thats someone completly different
If that were Chester, they would've given him performance credits. It's likely either Motion Man or Mike, or it's a sample KutMasta Kurt used.
Standing in the Middle was recorded during the same recording session that produced Enth e Nd on Reanimation - Mike, Motion Man, and Kutmasta Kurt were the only 3 people with any involvement in the track whatsoever.
Lupe Fiasco's song "The Instrumental"... I think Mike made the beat and had some vocals on the chorus
The singing on The Instrumental is Jonah Matranga, it's actually a re-recorded vocal part from the song "Nestle" by his old band Far. But yes, Mike's production on that track is awesome.
