Think of Dillinger Escape Plan mixed with a technical hardcore band with death metal growls, adding in progressive metal/jazz elements and here you have BTBAM. They are one of the most mindblowing bands in all of metal right now, and I suggest you check them out. They have three albums, their self-titled debut "Between the Buried and Me", their sophomore release "The Silent Circus", and their newest album "Alaska".

From d/l "Alaska" and part of their debut, I've concluded this is some amazing shite. If you were to check out any songs, I would download "Alaska", "More of Myself to Kill", "All Bodies", and especially "Selkies: The Endless Obsession".

WARNING: This band is definately not for the faint of heart!

For fans of this band. Discuss.

I'd have to say that their drummer has some of the fastest double bass/blast beats that I've heard from anybody...he could give the Slayer drummer a run for his money.

They're good to me. I saw em last August. That fool Tommy Rogers takes himself too seriously, I think.
