Wow, it's been awhile since we've had a Billboard charts post.

    Billboard Hot 100
What I've Done - #7 (Last week - Off charts)
    Billboard Modern Rock Tracks
What I've Done - #1 (Last week - Off charts)
    Billboard Hot Digital Tracks
What I've Done - #4 (Last week - Off charts)

This week marks the first time since March 2002 that Linkin Park cracked the top 10 of the Hot 100, when they first did it with "In The End", which would go on to peak at #2.

As mentioned in our previous news posts, the band hit the #1 spot on the Modern Rock charts for a sixth consecutive single, breaking an all-time record. "What I've Done" also placed fourth on the Hot Digital charts, selling 112,000 digital copies in one week.

Not to mention, this is the 3rd song ever to debut at #1 on the Modern Rock Tracks chart, along with What's the Frequency, Kenneth?" by R.E.M. and, "Dani California" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

    Congrats.

Not too shabby for four years work . J/k. All joking aside, that's a great accomplishment for the guys and this is definitely going to prove LP is back.

Yeah, I think they will move up to #1 on the downloads list just because of the fact that, more and more people are finding out that they are ACTUALLY coming out with new material. As for the other positions, I have no doubt that it will go to #2 or #1 in a few weeks, as with the more people who listen to it=the more and more popular the song becomes, which will make it climb the charts. Woot! Good going guys keep up the good work! :D

    And the Billboard charts return...

I'm excited now. I wasn't before, but now that it's clear that the album is just around the corner, I'm becoming more excited.

I remember these being posted, and then I remember them being taken off. I remember the post being like, "This is probably the last time we'll be posting Billboard Charts stats for a while..." or something like that. It's good to see these back. Feels more homey here at the LPA.

And way to go Linkin Park. Keep breaking them records!
