For those of you who would rather wait until Minutes To Midnight's release to appreciate the album's art first-hand, we suggest you stop reading.

A picture of the album's exterior art (front, back, and side) has been posted online here.

    Thanks to Friskey and Tomi!

I like the art; it captures the essence of the album, the softer yet mature side of Linkin Park, especially the back picture. Oh, on a side note, I definitely prefer the cardboard, jewel cases get cracked way to easily.

I'm happy they're keeping the packaging constant. Everything since Reanimation has been cardboard. It looks nicer stacked up than if it were cardboard-plastic-cardboard-plastic.

$10 says the band re-releases Hybrid Theory in a cardboard sleeve for its 10th anniversary in three years, with bonus tracks of course.

Maybe they'll strip down a few of the songs like Nine Inch Nails did with a few songs on Still and various singles. It's not like they can put remixes on it.

I like how the cover theme is so symbolic in respect to "TLTGYA" what with the band looking at the tombstone-esque objects in the water.

I probably would because I don't actually own HT at the moment. :p

Cardboard sleeves look better to begin with but they tend to look more worse for wear than plastic cases in time, in my experience anyway.

Here's another scan of it w/ the inside flap, too.

Badass, the CD looks pretty cool. And jordanspringer beat me to it now.

Since I don't plan to buy the CD, I could care less. Relax...I'm buying it through iTunes, hehe. Still, cool to see what the art looks like.
