As long as it doesn't have anything to do with Transformers. I pray this bit of information isn't true: Linkin Park Single for Transformers 3
I always imagine the band performing in a burning forest, with a ring of fire surrounding them and smoke flying up above. Chester does his parts somewhere around the smoke in the forest and then when the bridge comes in, Chester walks on a bridge that suddenly bursts into trailing flames following Chester. That's all I got, hopefully if this idea (uncertain)ly DOES happen, they'll find a way to make it
bah humbug literal music videos. I know what it's not gonna have, and it's bridges and smoke. Too obvious. Also they already did smoke with the Catalyst. It's totally gonna be about them performing on a mountain top with lightning and a fish.
I dont think they will use anything with tons of fire and stuff because I can see it coming out really chezzy for some reason? I can see them doing something that when we watch it we ask ourselves "What is this video about?". Linkin Park is as much visual artists as musical artist in my opinion, and they've cared about the visual art since the beginning
i want the band seen playing together...waiting for the end and catalyst...we never saw them playing together in one screen as such... i want it to be...batman begins kinda city at the end with all smoke and burning....band playing in between all destruction
I disagree with the smoke. Joe already did it with The Catalyst. I have yet to find a common element in ALL the LP videos. I just hope it's not super digital-y like WFTE. That worked for that song, but just feels too advanced for this song. Too futuristic. If anyone's seen Paramore's video for Decode, I expect something along those lines.
I doubt LP would choose to stay involved with "Transformers" for longer than they already have. Doesn't seem like them. :"
How? The article talks about Burning in the Skies as a possible single for Transformers 3 and even speculates that a music video using footage from the upcoming film is possible. While I doubt a BitS video will go as far as to utilize footage from the next Transformers flick, the notion does terrify me. That said, how does this information not pertain to a Burning in the Skies video or can be cited as random in context?
no idea, every time I visualize what a song would look like in a video it's never what I imagine it to be. I do hope they don't just do a lame performance video though.
i hope the band make the video something like Paramore's decode ^ . all i want to see is that firey, smoky, forest, bridge effects!
Well, I expect a cool shot through the midst of the blue skies over the mountains, that slowly fades into flaming red. A storyline would be great. Also, deadwoods, burned bridges and such =P PS: But from last time (WFTE)'s experience, everything I pictured should be wrong...
I could be wrong as the film clips to song clips usually have nothing to do with the actual meaning of the song. But there are exceptions of course.
