I do not believe it can convert M4As. I have and use this program and I'm not sure if it can do any converting of file types to my knowledge.

Thanks, one other question. I'm trying to add files to my Zen, but my computer isn't reading it for some reson, even though it's hooked up and recharging. Do you know what the problem is and how to fix it?

(I'm assuming you have installed and used the program before.)

First, make sure the cables are fully connected to the computer/Zen.

If the Zen is not already on, turn it on.

If that doesn't work, try turning the Zen off if it's already on, then wait a couple seconds, then turn it back on. It should recognize it. That usually works for me.

Other than that, I'd say restart your computer with the Zen on and connected. That would be my last idea.

EDIT: Make sure you click the area I rectangled in red to bring up the destination of the files you want to transfer. The Zen should be there.

No, I've reinstalled it about 20 times, to no avail. And then, I think I accidentally removed the firmware. So I'm pretty screwed up now.

    Ouch...a Zen. Good luck.
Sometimes if your MediaSource doesn't detect your Zen, you have to reinstall the drivers for the zen and MediaSource. Don't delete it, just run the installation software again.

Well, now that the firmware is erased, my Zen's useless. And my computer won't let me install a new one, either, so yeah.....I think I'll just head over to Best Buy and get it exchanged, 'cause I just got it Saturday.

Get it exchanged for an iPod or something. Hopefully you're not stuck with a replacement of the same model. >_<

I don't think they'll let me exchange it for anything OTHER than the model I got. But I'm fine with that. Actually, I know what I did wrong, so if I just make sure I don't do it again, then hopefully everything will work out. One thing's for sure. I'm definitely not getting another iPod, especially not a $%#@$^%& Nano.

What? Did the Nano refused to have sex with you? Sheesh, try being nice to it next time.

I think the problem was just that my computer was too messed up. I went and exchanged it for a new one, and installed it on my mom's laptop. Now it's working perfectly.

EDIT: And it's 10 times better than an iPod.

Nothing, the Zen is amazing. It's just my computer that was screwed up and I couldn't install it. But I got an exchange and it's working perfectly now, and I love it.
