haha my brother didnt get the millenium scholarship because hes pretty damn stupid  so he just goes to community college (CCSN) and has to pay for everything.

yeah, its good for the city because they have people stay here to use money and work for all the tourists

yeah, thats the only reason they created this scholarship, so ppl would stay here.

our state is floundering. and we have no smart ppl. w/o this, everyone w/ a chance would leave. who can make a real life in Nevada?

haha im sry, but our state isnt the greatest in the country.

    I live in Texas

Oh well, I'm either going to Southern Methodist University or UT Austin and both are fantastic schools. I'm happy to give them my money, but I wish SMU would lower their tuition a bit :wth:

Don't count on it, it being a private college. Same with Baylor.

Cool, I was just about to ask around, then I found this topic so I'll ask here.

Does anyone know a university in Ohio that is near Canton?

(Do you normally have to be Christian to get in a Christian university?)

The only one I found was Ashland University, so far.

No religion doesn't matter. In fact, it is sometimes easier to get in where you're different

My mom went there. Since I'm only in seventh grade, I have plenty of time to look at colleges. The ones at the top of my list are Stanford, USC, Pepperdine, UCSD, and UCSB. I just want something far away from home, but close enough for me to visit when I want.

Same. I think Drexel would be cool, maybe even something more west or southern, cause I live in South Jersey now.

I want to go to either Ringling School of Art and Design, Tampa Institute of Art, or Savannah College of Art and Design. But if by some miracle we can afford it, or I get a full scholarship not limited to in state colleges, I'll probably end up going to SCAD.
