I've never seen the Taste of Chaos UMD so I did some searching and I saw a September 7th release date for it but you have it as June 28th...I'm not entirely sure which is right but I can't find the UMD. Oh, the actual DVD release is September 27th so I think September 7th seems more accurate.

It's coming. New movie companies are getting into the UMD business. I read on PSP Updates that the Matrix trilogy and Harry Potter movies will be made into UMD, and even possibly the Lord of the Rings movies.
Yeah, the reason that the Matrix wasn't on UMD was because Warner Bros. didn't agree to a PSP deal. But they've signed a deal so just give it time.
