when the song first came out as a live rip, i thought it was bad generic rock. then the studio version got released and it grew on me. but now, after listening to it again for some time, i truly don't like this boring piece of music at all anymore.
still glad about the video, it is even worse than the song :D.

i never might listen to this song ever again... album skipper.

Why did Warner take it down earlier? I posted it and was able to watch it and went back to watch it and it was removed. Every single one on youtube was removed too. Ill never understand them...

Hmmm....I'm hoping the videos for "Let Down" and "Fire" are better than this.

It's just a performance type video though isn't it? Not much to make sense of.

disappointing. it may just be a "performance type video", but it lacked any vibe, passion or quality. if the video doesn't have a story behind it to build any form of emotion, then atleast do something that will.

It's not confirmed but I wouldn't rule out the likelyhood of it. Let Down is a UK only single, and Fire has 'mainstream appeal' written all over it so I'd bank on that being the next US single if anything.

Who directed this video? There was no focus to any of the shots. And everything was moving, I got kinda queasy. It's sad to see DBS off to such a poor start. Fire was a redeemable point but CBI has twice now failed.

I seem to always be contrary to everyone else here. You guys shit bricks over something, I am unimpressed. You guys don't like something, I enjoy it.

This is no exception, I liked it. =p

Awesome concept with the giants in the background, but other than that, the video fell flat on the floor. The song itself isn't much to speak of as well. Shame.

Even though the video had no sort of moving plotline, I definitely thought the setting was creative. I don't think the song is that back, I just think the lyrics are kind of flat.

I dunno. It's not *bad*. I've seen worse videos, but it's not great. It's okay. I can't say I dislike it.

It's ok. There are still one or two lines in the lyrics that get me, and not in a good way.

They overdid the swift side-to-side camera motion shots. Other than it's pretty ordinary.

I just occurred to me that LP has two guys that went off on their own projects while staying together in the original band. Not that I didn't know, it just never hit me over the head. My point is that, I haven't really heard anyone comparing the two so far. Granted, they are completely different albums, still I would expect more comparisons. I remember hearing Fort Minor's first few and thought, wow this is actually really good. I reflect on that feeling now and hearing 'Fire' and 'Crawl back in' makes me feel in the opposite direction. As if I'm thinking, "Aww, that's cute that you made your own songs but stick with LP". It's sad I really wanted this album to be great. I'm still giving it time, benefit of the doubt goes to you Mr. Bennington. As of right now:

Fort Minor > Dead by Sunrise
