If you haven't noticed, Mike's Twitter profile picture is actually a rejected album cover for Living Things As you can see the first image is Mike's current profile picture and the second image is a still from the LPTV episode "Album Cover". You can see both are the same.
Good find with the LPTV screenshot. It is a nice looking picture, that's for sure. Living Things had a lot of good artwork.
Yeah, it's a damn shame they didn't have a deluxe box like they had with ATS. I would have loved an entire book filled with the art they came up with for Living Things.
I think it'd be awesome if they compiled an actual band artbook, like the glorious excess series from Mike's installations. I only say that because I was watching FPATPF the other day, in particular the Chester's Tattoo's and Mike and Joe's art piece segments and I personally thought it would be cool if they made one and filled it full of album/single idea's, painting's, tattoo design's etc. I for one would find it interesting. Good find by the way.
Is it me, or is that cover very similar to the ATS one? You have the white/clear back, and then the weird thing in the middle. Not exactly looking the same, but it's the same idea.

That album cover is pretty cool, but I like the final version much better. The band should post alternate album covers for all the albums, like they did with MTM.
