We could just get rid of the editing feature all together?

 I like how you think. Do admins have that edit thing at the bottom too when they edit their posts??

    No, we don't. :D
    Sincerely,

What I hate is that, when I make a mistake and edit my post, it makes it seem like if I posted something offending...

And why not, Mystery Admin? After all, admins are capable of writing something offensive and deleting it a few hours later too, aren't they?

Not the non-supermembers because of the problem described on the first page. Some n00b could break a rule, get called for it, edit his post and then say "wtf are you talking about?", supermembers are probably more trusted as they've been here longer, and should know the rules and shit by now. ;) Not saying that there isn't any trust between the admins and non-supermembers, but this is just my opinion, as a admin of my own forum, I know the works. And from seeing how multiple other forums work and their guidelines. ;)

    edit //
And it's just like how supermembers can delete their posts but normal members can't. ;)

I couldn't care either way, really. When I change something in my post, I always end up writing that I edited the post in some way.

EDIT: Realized I spelled edited wrong.

    It's just a side note.

You people should really stop caring about such a small thing... Worry about the war or something--something with meaning.
