That is REALLY good. Easily the best track he's put out since Eminem Show. Now I can't wait for Recovery.
It's pretty good...it's got a really warm feeling to it aswell. The only thing I'll say is that the main tune sounds extraordinarily like an Akon track and while that's not necessarily a bad thing, I hope the whole album isn't down the whole Dance R&B/Rap route.
I don't think it will. He's working with a lot of different producers, so I think the album will encompass a wide range of sounds.
I love how he actually listens to his fans and adresses their concerns with the previous album in his lyrics. Eminem, to me, is a complete legend.
Excellent single. Apart from the obnoxious radio shoutout mid song, this track is fire. I might actually pick up Recovery.
I can't wait to hear this but unfortunatly I'm at school right now I'm going to check it out when I get home Em is a fucking musical and lyrical genious
It's not the best choice for a first single, but it's a return to form for Em. I'm really excited to hear the rest of the album, especially because of the "promise" he made towards the end of the song. His first 3 albums (Infinite, Slim Shady LP, Marshall Mathers LP) are modern hip-hop classics, the Eminem Show was the start of the dip in quality in his albums, but it still wasn't bad. Everything after it was, though. I don't consider Em legendary, yet, but he's well on his way if he keeps this up.
I dunno...I would say that Encore was the dip on quality. I loved the Eminem Show and think it's one of his best barring one or two songs.
"And to the fans, I'll never let you down again, I'm back I promise to never go back on that promise, in fact Let's be honest, that last Relapse CD was "ehhhh" Perhaps I ran them accents into the ground Relax, I ain't going back to that now All I'm tryna say is get back, click-clack BLAOW" I'm holding him to this hahaha.
