Dedicated is a song made when Linkin Park was called Hybrid Theory, 1999. It didn't make the EP (I guess it was created after it) and it wasn't considered for Hybrid Theory (LP). After years in the shadows, it was released in 2003 in LPU CD v.2.0 (the CD that was given to members of the LPU). It's a great song, it's only Mike rapping, and many people consider it the best rap track of LP, along with Step Up and High Voltage.

No, the LPU 2.0 is not available anymore in LPU, try Ebay .

No, it's not that rare, but it was limited edition, is out of print.
