    I put my money today on Holland winning it, although, honestly, you guys are gonna need to have your defense playing the games of their lives if you want to win. Spain is in great shape too, I think they have best chances of winning it.

    I have a really good feeling about Serbia this time, after the fiasco four years ago. With a little luck, I think we might actually win all three games.

    I also think that USA will beat England and that North Korea is gonna draw somebody in the group of death.

    England will probably do the same as usual, progress a round or two and then get knocked out.

    I also expect Holland to do well.

    Yeah, I could never wrap my head around that, England always has amazing players on their squad and never can do anything significant.

    Yep, basically, for a while now England have had talented individual players who don't necessarily form a good team.

    I think the team has started to move forward, but I'd be surprised if they actually did mount a serious challenge this year.

    As for Serbia, you'd think Germany would definitely go through but other than that that group seems tough to call.

    I'm supporting England and Holland as usual but I don't think either will win it. I think it'll be either Spain or Brazil this year. I'm leaning more towards Brazil because, while they might not be filled with as many stars or play the attractive football from previous years, they know how to grind out a win. They look sound in every posistion plus Lucio has had the season of his life and I think he'll carry his momentum forward captaining his side. Spain look amazing as usual but they never really hit top gear when it comes to the world cup...I do expect them to reach at least the semis though.

    but my money has to be on Spain this time round, they just look impressive all round!

    I'm so excited to live the "Orange craziness" in the Netherlands. Also hoping as usual for them to win the cup but we'll see what happens.

    I'm quite confident though since the players really seem to enjoy to play with each other and our ego problem might be solved this time.

    That actually might be Holland's problem, they always try to provide great moves and play for the crowd, and along the way they forget that it's the final score that matters the most. I really hope they'll win this time around, but the chances are they'll stop early in the knockout stage as always.

    @Aussies
    Is Cahill gonna play against Germany on Sunday? I heard he was feeling some neck pain or something like that..
