Most of the songs I want to play are under the extra category Also I think I've seen this list somewhere else and as far as I know it's still a Rumor.
Disturbed? KSE? Slipknot? Holy shit! I preordered my copy too, 360 version with the wireless guitar! I already plan on skipping class that day to drive an hour each way to EB Games to pick up my copy and then play it (Living in the middle of nowhere FTL)
There's a bunch of songs that have previously been confirmed for the game that aren't anywhere on that list. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guitar_Hero_III:_Legends_of_Rock#Soundtrack Normally I wouldn't cite Wikipedia but there's a legitimate source given for all but one song on the list they have there.
I got the list from Absolutepunk, so if it's not right...don't blame me. EDIT: Although, I don't see too many songs missing that are on Wikipedia.
Thank god for a master track of Bulls on Parade. If I had to hear one more crappy RATM cover on a Guitar Hero game... damn. They really killed (pun definitely intended) Killing in The Name last go-around.
Keep in mind that there will be tracks you can purchase using the PSN or XboxLive so maybe those tracks will be purchasable and not on there by default.
Darn it, No MCR. Hopefully their songs will show up in downloadable tracks. Luckily, all of my other favourite bands have songs in the game.
I would definitely get into Guitar Hero with this game. Sadly, though, I never have any money to afford video games.
are "bonus tracks" new to GH3? if not, where do you play the bonus tracks at if they are not on the "setlist"?
If it's anything like GH2, you have to purchase them using money made in Career mode. Then you can play them in pretty much every mode, including Career mode itself. Except you don't have to pass the bonus tracks to pass the game (that's why songs like Through the Fire and the Flames are bonus tracks, because no-one would pass the game otherwise :lol).
DK had a song in the first Tony Hawks Pro Skater game ("Police Truck"), so this wouldn't be the first time he's "sold out." I really hope this is real. Could you imagine the solo in "One" on expert. It would probably melt your fucking fingers!
