That album title is ridiculous I'm hoping this is better than American Idiot because I didn't really like that album much.
Sounds like a sequel to American Idiot. Not really a problem for me though i haven't been a fan for a while, but i will enjoy hearing them on the radio again.
American Idiot seemed to be one of Green Day's better efforts, more serious, shocked it is so unpopular.
Not a huge Greenday fan but I do like some of their songs, so I'm looking forward to this. Digging the album title, btw
I love Green Day. One of the first bands I could remember really getting into as a kid. Dookie was one of the first albums I owned. American Idiot was overrated though. Probably because of the overplayingness, yes. It's still a decent album, but the band has done better. But I am eagerly looking forward to this album. Here's hoping it's a little more back to basics and a little less preachy.
Unfortunately it got ridiculously popular, and popularity is not punx. It's definitely not a bad album by any means. Warning is better in terms of more recent Green Day though imo.
Not at all. They have a few catchy songs but otherwise I can't stand them either. Although, I do like their new album title. It's different.
Wow...it's a punk rock revival...first Blink are back and now new Green Day. 2009 should be an awesome year for music.
The descriptions sound pretty good. Anyone who disliked the whole political aspect of American Idiot will probably already hate this though.
