That is a rumor. He is just living the band to do a side project. Here's some more info:
    ---------------------------------------------
Brian called Bakersfield's KRAB radio station and claimed that he has left the band and is starting a solo project.

He has one song out called, 'Cry' which the station played, and he currently has 8 songs done, which will all be on his solo album, released in June.

Brian has supposibly found God. He does not want to be playing dark music anymore, he doesnt want to keep being negative. He has been attending church for the last several weeks.

He was at the Valley Bible Fellowship on Sunday morning at 8:00, 9:45, and 11:45 in the morning to explain his reasons for leaving the band.

There is no anger between band members. The rest of the band understands his departure.

    -----------------------------------------------------
Really it's only a side project like I said. Him leaving the band forever is just a rumor. Plus, you have to remember that Korn is making Korn Kovers and their seventh album. And I doubt Korn could find a decent replacment for Head.

It's not just a rumour if he's "found god" and doesn't want to play dark music anymore. If that's the case, he's not coming back to KoRn and the band will probably split.

No trash talking on KoRn or anything but I seriously doubt they'll continue without Head. It's kind of hard to re-create his signature sound. KoRn would have to change their sound dramatically to continue.

I really hope they don't replace Head. If they replace him Munky's going to leave (Head & Munky have been playing gutair with each other for over ten years) then Korn is going to lose its signature gutair sound which is a big no no.

Hey, Limpbizkit simply lost their guitarist and you saw what happened there. RMV turned into a mellow mush-fest, and hardly the sound we came to expect from limp.

You can expect the same from KoRn. That or they'll sound like ever other nu-metal band out there today.

They lose Head, they lose part of their originality, simple as that.

I don't think KoRn will be the same without him personally,at least they aren't blaming it on "musical differences". Saying that though I don't think KoRn will be the same without him, However mabye they'll replace him and will sound completly different in a positive way. No offence to Head or anything but mabye this is just the kick up the arse they need to get back on track?

What the fuck. MTV news says he's eventually leaving for Israel. That's a little far fetched.

I hope this doesn't lead to the band splitting up, that'd just be fucked, but I don't really think I want to see Head be replaced either because of his great unique guitar sound.

So, has he found God or Allah?

Anyways, I disagree about Korn losing their "originality" (..what?) just because their guitarist left. Yes, he's been with the band since their inception, but I know Korn can recover from this.

Anyways, enough about Korn. Good for Brian. I'm no Christian by any means, but if he finds meaning in it, I'm not going to sit here behind my computer and bitch because he left a band. Good for him, I say.

Finding meaning in your life > $$$

well that sucks. and right in the middle of working on their new album. but just as a little tid-bit. the same thing happened for slipknot, in their original line up. the guitarist left because he was a recent convert to Christianity.

Stole the words right out of my mouth.

I will support Brian 100%. Even if I'm not that huge of a KoRn fan.

God. Israel isn't just holy for Muslims.

And, he's already said he's leaving KoRn. It's not a rumor. It's not a rumor that he's leaving for Israel, too... it's fact. He stated it. Unless he changes his mind, that is.
