The first is ok. Sort of bland but it works. Regarding the second, his head is too big for hair that short to look anything more than average, especially when coupled with a beard. It throws off the balance. Three is pretty bad. Honestly, he looks like a 12 year old who's just discovered wet look gel.

First off, I wanna say Second, I dont really care for the Beibs Mop going on. Shaved head. As an agressive rapper at times, the Beibs mop (i must admit) throws me off a bit. Or maybe he could stick in all those earrings and die his hair red and spike that shit!
When I met Mike, I didn't give a shit the way his hair was styled . I was a little shocked that he was a lot shorter than he looked in photos, but otherwise I was too much like "awesome it's Mike" to give a fuck how his mop looked.
I think my answer on page 1 suits it best with how I and the rest of the LPA like our Mike Shinoda hairs.

It's weird because Chester looks so short and small in pictures/videos but when I bet him, he was a lot taller and bigger than I thought! Guess he must have worked out a lot.
