it's a good song, but is the worst on the album... And yea i agree that they released it first because it softer like In The End..

actualy I have the CD and I don't listen to it that often....... Ihad the Live versions from Nottingham and I liked those better when I first heard them.....

I think it was released as the first single because it sounds like a "typical" Linkin Park song. And it would get people to check out the album and be introduced to the newer sound.

It is getting a bit boring for me now because i have heard it the most out of all the songs on the album, but i am not listeing to it much so soon i will like it a bit.

i think that might also be the reason why you think it is dull. im sure you thought it was great when you first heard it..?

 

It's just like HT. I was listening to In The End continuously in the beginning till i got bored and turned to Papercut, Points etc... :chemist:

 

I think the dullest song is "hit the floor" that slow guitar kills me e very time lol....but still NUMB is the best lol

Breaking The Habit is the best song on Meteora.

Somewhere I Belong reminds me of Papercut off of the Hybrid Theory LP...but it is kinda dull. Out of the 4 song's I've heard, it's one of the more softer ones.

Faint reminds me of One Step Closer, Lying From You is Crawling, and Don't Stay is a harder version of In The End...

That's my opinion, but hey, even my parents tell me my opinons are ####ed up lol
