I'm guessing it's gonna be good. I downloaded The College Dropout and every single song was good and from what I've heard from Late Registration it's gonna be a kick ass album I would buy it if I had money. Kanye West can't go wrong.

    It's a great album.

Unless, of course, you're a gangsta thug type of person.

Yah i will have to say that this is a sweet album. This is compared to most of the crap rap that is coming out now adays. But when you compare it to the college dropout it is definitely a weaker album. In all respects Late Registration has its high points on songs like We Major, Addiction and Touch the Sky but there was just sometihng extra in the College Dropout that lacked in Late Registration. Overall i would give Late Registration a 4/5 and have to give the college dropout anywhere form a 4.5-5/5

Late registration is a serious improvement over College Dropout. Kanye takes more chances (a song with Adam from Maroon 5!?) and made the songs alot deeper and intelligent.

I like Roses and heard em say.

    The Skits are hilarious (w00t)

I remember reading an article where Kanye was previewing his new album for everyone, and so many people thought that Adam Levine (Maroon 5)'s voice was actually Smokey Robinson.

My favourite is Touch The Sky, thought it would have been better if Lupe Fiasco had more involvement. Top notch production throughout.

At first I hated it, but after listening to it a few more times I like it.

My favorites are Touch The Sky, We Major, Drive Slow, Roses, and Gone.

the album is very good, but sadly you can tell that he uses similar song construction. you could easily take his verses from a few of his songs on late registration and put them over on beats from college dropout.

don't let that bother you though. the album is great, kanye still remains a godsend to hip-hop/rap.

    i've just bought the late registration album , along with coldplay's X & Y.
I've only listened to the whole album once and it seemed pretty good.. there were a couple songs that i liked , but keep in mind that i havent listened to the album alot yet.. I might get a taste for alot of the songs when i listen to the whole album more..
needless to say , its a great album.
but i LOVE X & Y way more than late registration.. I love every song on that damn album..

The album is good and a breath of fresh air for hip-hop music, however after Kanye's recent remarks I feel ashamed to own a K. West CD. The only way I'll get over it is if he publically apologizes for using a large scale tragedy to attack Bush, use the race card and subliminally promote his new album in the process.

Bush might've screwed up in the past, but at least he's donating money.

Getting back on topic, X&Y is incredible. One of my favorite CDs of 2005. You should see them live, they really do the songs justice.

Kanye West's new album is ridiculous! I love it. He is truly one of the shining lights in the rap game. I think him and The Game are on top IMO.

I kinda feel the same way.

Though I like his music, I hate him as a person.

that's exactly what I say! Kanye West may have made a bad remark but it's not a big deal people make mistakes he probably didn't think so many people would get offended but if it's truly what he believes then there is nothing you can do to change that so just let it be.
