KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas 2003

    The time has come, once again, for the KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas concert event for the year 2003. This year, Linkin Park will be playing on the first day of the event, Saturday, December 13th. Other bands playing with Linkin Park on the 13th are The Offspring, P.O.D., AFI, Puddle Of Mudd, Pennywise, Chevelle, The Distillers, and Thrice. On day 2 of the event, Sunday the 14th, Korn, blink-182, Jane's Addiction, 311, Staind, Rancid, Jet, Trapt, and Brand new will be playing.

    LOL isnt there another Thread about people from this forum wanting LP to do an Unplugged show for MTV. An Umplugged is an acoustic show thingy isnt this the same lol.

    No.

    It's "Almost Acoustic." Each band plays one acoustic song and the rest are normal. LP's acoustic song will probably be "My December" again. That is, if they haven't written a new song.

    That would be the best if they have written a new song. But I think it'll either be My December or BTH

    Maybe theyll play Numb acoustic.....I think itd sound really good...sounds good on my acoustic guitar anyway.

    Too bad Linkin Park and 311 aren't playing on the same day...that would have been pretty cool.

    I wonder what song Korn would play acoustic..?

    Anyone here got tickets? Anyone even from SoCal? I've been listening and calling for the tickets all week but no success yet. The closest I came was being caller 17 (caller 20 wins). But its definately gonna be awesome.
