HOLY F***** SH** THAT WAS SO AWESOME!!!!!!!! The guys sound soo good what a lucky crowd tonite in NYC and very funny as always. What a treat those fans got last week you can hear Mike is alittle unsure of how to get the exact feel for "waiting for the end" but he did great missed no lyrics and Chester even besides his great vocals on that song did live echoes just like "high voltage" back in the day. The old stuff sounded great hearing the shredding of "numb" after soo long just AWESOME and "what Ive done" was just ace. Now onto to"iridescent" I was just FLOORED!!!!! with how beautiful it was just perfect nothing short of the word,the group vocals perfect mike perfect chester perfect the whole sound PERFECT!!!!! it was so moving to hear it just nailed so well Im still smiling: ) And now without further adue "the catalyst" rite from the begining it sounded great and Im sure the only question that came to mind was will they play the radio edit cause at least the radio edit has the synth break with is so dope and then it got better they played the whole song ALL PARTS!!!!! EPIC EPICNESS!!!! Im so glad I tuned in and now have these recordings forever I CANT WAIT TILL THEY TOUR THE USA untill then lets just hope tonites concert gets full proshot video like 2007 webster hall.
Oh and BTW anyone know if tonites show will be streamed and or recorded?????

I'm glad I wasn't the only one to notice that.

I'm glad he's picking up some of the slack. With Chester on guitar for some songs, I can see Mike not having to juggle rapping/singing/piano-ing/guitar-ing as much.

Hasn't he played on Numb most times? I didn't think that was anything new

 

Not that I have seen. I know he has played guitar on Shadow of the Day though.

The songs were recorded on video (not the Q&A) with like 4 or 5 cameras.. that's what I counted haha
I'm not sure if it'll be on DVD or what

What an amazing performance! I wondered how the new songs were going to sound like when performed live. Damn! They completely nailed it. All of them sound perfect.
Mike's vocals in Iridescent made me speechless.
Whish I was there...

Just realized they already did play together. Though it wasn't really a tour...

 

Prank on Metallica and Mike's Requiem singing was fun!)))))
And the performances were great, I love live version of Iridescent.
