    Opening July 2, 2003. Rated PG-13.

Reese Witherspoon is back as Elle Woods. Now Elle is juggling a demanding career as a rising young lawyer with preparations for her wedding to the man of her dreams. But when she stands up for the rights of the other guy in her life -- Bruiser, her chihuahua -- Elle is fired from her job. She's devastated, but you can't keep an optimist down. Ms. Woods goes to Washington to take matters into her own well-manicured hands. Trying to learn the political ropes and win over self- serving politicians, Elle faces a formidable challenge. But with her clever and sassy signature blend of determination and intelligence, she bucks the system the Elle Woods way, inspiring those around her to find a voice of their own.

I haven't seen the first one. What are your thought on the first one and on this movie?

I don't watch chick-flix and I don't really like preps and those airheaded valley girls. A movie about one who is a lawyer kinda makes me wonder what the world has become...
Like they said in the preview: "It's capitol Barbie."
This movie is gonna be so politically incorrect its not even funny. If you're a prep you probably won't seek a life as a lawyer. Popularity would have corrupted your feeble mind. :p

OK... In my point of view, a prep does NOT mean you are popular. You might dress like a prep sometimes, but that does not mean you are a full prep. That is just assuming too much.

I saw it with a friend tonight. It was horrible. It had its few chuckles here and there, but most of the scenes were completely absurd and nonbelieveable to a certain extreme.

    4/10.
